RESOLUTION 66-128 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA and RAYMOND M. ZAMORA have executed a deed dated <br />April 7, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side of <br />Eighth Street and west of Hawley Street, in consideration of the sum of $1,085.00 <br />and certain remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 874036-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust <br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA and RODOLFO LICERIO and STELLA LICERIO have executed a <br />deed dated August 4, 1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the north <br />side of Eighth Street and east of Fairview Street, in consideration of the stun of <br />$920.00 and certain remedial work robe done by the City; said transaction to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 87407. l-hrb with First American Title Insurance & <br />Trust Company, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AUGUSTINA QUINTANA has executed a deed dated August 15, <br />1966, conveying an easement for street purposes on the east side of Halladay Street <br />and south of Flora, in consideration of the sum of $224.51; said transaction to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 54546-C with Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Aha, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br />deeds, and Carl J.
