RESOLUTION 66-129 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is the owner of a 10 foot by 30 foot <br />strip of land adjacent to the alley south of Chestnut Avenue at Center Street, which <br />said land has been used as a chlorinator site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that said land is of no further use to <br />the City for said purpose and is of value only to the adjacent landowners; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of <br />the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN <br />SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF TILE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR <br />RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the real property in the City <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The South 10 feet of the West 15 feet of Lot 30 and the South 10 feet <br />of the East 15 feet of Lot 31 of Tract No. 2752, as shown ona Map <br />recorded in Book 79, pages 30 and 31 Miscellaneous Maps, records <br />of Orange County, California <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
