RESOLUTION 66-130 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PATRICK. P. PRIZIO and ISABELLE PRIZIO, as an undivided <br />1/2 interest, and DAVID W. PRIZIO and BETTY J. PRIZIO, as an undivided 1/2 <br />interest, have executed a deed dated August 10, 1966, conveying to the City an <br />easement for water purposes on the north side of Edinger Avenue and east of Grand <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FREDERICK R. SACHER and RUTH F. SACHER have executed <br />a deed dated August 4, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for water main <br />purposes on the south side of Stevens Avenue and the east side of Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, T. R. BOLTE DEVELOPMENT, INC., a California corporation <br />and ERICO, INC., a California corporation, have executed a deed dated August 22, <br />1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side of <br />Grand Avenue and the south side of Edinger Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLYDE M. BISHOP and ETHEL R. BISHOP have executed a <br />deed dated August 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes <br />on the north side of Fairhaven Avenue and east of Glassell Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLYDE M. BISHOP and ETHEL R. BISHOP have executed a <br />deed dated August 19, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street and <br />highway purposes on the northeast corner of Fairhaven Avenue and Glassell <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br />said deeds and Carl J.
