SLE~ONS have executed a <br />deed dated September 26, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for <br />street pmrposes on the north side of War~er and east side of Van Ness <br /> <br /> W~EAS, S. RI~NSAE~R & SONS, INC., a Delaware corporation, <br />has executed a deed dated September 16, 1966, conveying to the City am <br />easement for street purposes on Flower Street south of Pacific Electric <br />Railroad right of way; -~-~ <br /> <br /> W~, DORA NEWCOMB and 1~ NEWCOMB, husbamd and wife, an~ <br />RORK~T H. NEWCOMB and DORIS M.
