RESOLUTION 66-137 ACCEPTING <br />OFFER OF DEDICATION OF EASEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a California corporation, has executed <br />an offer of dedication dated September 13, 1966, offering to dedicate <br />to the City easements for street purposes on the west side of Grand <br />Avenue and the north side of Stafford Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said offer of dedication is without a cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantor by the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said offer of dedication and Carl J.
