RESOLUTION 66-140 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY <br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VIRGINIE CALLENS, also known as VIRGINIA CALLENS, <br />and MARY GISLER have executed a deed dated October 3, 1966, granting <br />to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes at the <br />northeast corner of Bristol Street and Sunflower Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, OTTO F. SCHROEDER and JOSEPHINE J. SCHROEDER have <br />executed a deed dated September 28, 1966, granting to the City of <br />Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the west side of Glassell <br />Street and the north side of Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LONNIE M. DUNN and MARY R. DUNN have executed a deed <br />dated October 12, 1966, granting to the City of SantaAna an easement <br />for water main purposes east of Ritehey Street, south of Edinger <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of SantaAna <br />accepts said deeds, and the City Manager is hereby directed to place <br />his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds as the City's authorized <br />agent. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 25th day of~ October, 1966. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I,DORIS M.
