RESOLUTION 66-143 ADOPTING PRECISE STREET <br />ALIGNMENT OF SEGERSTROM AVENUE BETWEEN THE <br />SANTA ANA RIVER ANDHARBOR BOULEVARD AS <br />SHOWN ON EXHIBIT P.P.S.A. NO. 12 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission has recommended by its Resolution No. 5789 that a <br />precise street alignment for Segerstrom Avenue be adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council on <br />notice as required by law, said Council has determined that the <br />recommended street alignment be adopted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />and determines that the public interest, necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require that a precise plan of street alignment be <br />established for Segerstrom Avenue between the Santa Ana River and <br />Harbor Boulevard, and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment <br />plan of said street as shown o~ a detailed drawing entitled "PRECISE <br />ALIGNMENT, P.P.S.A. NO. 12, NEWHOPE STREET TO HARBOR BLVD.",.copies <br />of which said drawing are on file in the Department of Public Works <br />and in the Planning Department of the City of Santa Ana for inspection <br />by the public. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA 1 <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
