RESOLUTION 66-144 MODIFYING CONDITIONS IMPOSED <br />BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN THE GRANTING O~ <br />A VARIANCE ON VARIANCE APPLICATION 66-75 FILED <br />BY REASON COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Adminis- <br />trator approved a variance on Variance Application 66-75, filed by <br />REASON COMPANY, INC., to allow the construction of an open bay <br />building for the repair and servicing of automobiles at 909 North <br />Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, California, in an R-3 District; said <br />Variance was granted subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 183 was duly filed by the <br />applicant appealing Conditions No. 1 and No. 3 imposed by the Zoning <br />Administrator in his approval of said variance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing, has determined that <br />said Conditions No. 1 and No. 3 should be eliminated from the granting <br />of said Variance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Conditions No. 1 and <br />No. 3 as set forth in the Finding of~Fact on Variance Application <br />66-75 are hereby deleted from the conditions imposed by the Zoning <br />Administrator in the granting of said Variance. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLEP~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ~ <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
