RESOLUTION 66-149 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EUGENE F. DISKIN and MARGIE F. DISKIN have executed <br />a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City of Santa Aha <br />an easement for street purposes on the west side of Harbor Boulevard, <br />south of McFadden Avenue;and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed, and Carl J.
