RESOLUTION 66-151 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO ALBAN AND BERNADINE HOLTZ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in the realignment of the freeway ramp on the north <br />side of Seventeenth Street, an exchange of properties was agreed upon <br />between the City and ALBAN and BERNADINE HOLTZ whereby the unused <br />portion of land acquired by the City would be quitclaimed to ALBAN and <br />BERNADINE HOLTZ without cash consideration; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana now has acquired that certain <br />real property which it had agreed to quitclaim to ALBAN HOLTZ and <br />BERNADINE HOLTZ; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by the execution of said quitclaim deed by the City <br />of Santa Ana the agreement between said City and ALBAN HOLTZ and <br />BERNADINE HOLTZ can be consummated and condluded; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a deed quitclaiming <br />to ALBAN HOLTZ and BERNADINE HOLTZ the following described property <br />in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Lot 28, Block <br /> resubdivision of the Nob Hill tract, as per map recorded in Book 6, <br /> page 3, Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> Orange County, California distant Northerly thereon 11.01 feet <br /> from the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence following that <br /> certain property line described in a deed executed by the State of <br /> California and recorded March 7, 1957 in Book 3830, page 274, <br /> Official Records of said Orange County, North 81° 22' 03" West <br /> 4.45 feet; thence North 42° 33' 00" West 7.29 feet to a point on <br /> a non tangent curve that is concave Northeasterly, having a radius <br /> of 221.00 feet, the radial to said curve at said point bears <br /> N 11° 11' 56" East; thence Southeasterly along said curve through <br /> a central angle of 2~ 27' 14", an arc distance of 9.465 feet to a <br /> point in said Easterly line of Lot 28; thence along said Easterly <br /> line South 0~ 06' 14" East 4.407 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to Mr. Alban Holtz, 534 West LaVeta, Orange, <br />California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at.its regular meeting held on the 3~. day of November, 1966. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
