RESOLUTION 66-152 DECLARING INTENTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARY LINES OF <br />WARDS AS REQUIRED BY TP/E CHARTER OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE <br />OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Ana declares that <br />the City Council shall change Ward boundary lines each two years <br />prior to the General Municipal Election. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />hereby declares its intention to make changes in the boundary <br />lines of the Wards in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 5th day <br />of December, 1966, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third <br />and Main Streets, Santa Ana, california, is the time and place <br />when and where any person having any interest in, objection to, <br />or suggestion regarding the making of changes in Ward boundary <br />lines may appear before the City Council and be heard thereon. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council <br />is directed to give notice of said hearing by publishing this <br />Resolution once a week for two weeks in the Register prior to <br />December 5th, 1966. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Novem- <br />ber, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />ss <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
