RESOLUTION NO. 67-15 GRANTING EASEMENT TO WIDEN <br />CAMBRIDGE STREET TO WIDTH OF FOR~ FEET, CENTERLINE <br />TO PROPERTY LINE, A/~D COMPLETING CUL-DE-SAC ON <br />CONCORD STREET, AND EXCEPTING VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has received a C.U.P. to erect <br />a water reservoir and pumping station in an A-1 district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an an adjunct to said construction, the city is to <br />open three single family lots on Concord Street south of the Garden <br />Grove Freeway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the approval by the Planning <br />Commission was <br /> <br />"That an easement be provided for Cambridge Street <br />for a width of 40 feet, centerline to property line, <br />and for Concord Street as necessary to complete the <br />cul-de-sac, for street purposes and vehicular access <br />rights to Cambridge Street except at approved drives"; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, in fulfillment of the condition <br />above related, that the following described property be declared a <br />portion of Cambridge Street: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the easterly 40.00 <br />feet of that portion of the northeast quarter of Lot 14 <br />in Block D of the A. B. Chapman Tract as surveyed by <br />Frank Lecouvreur in 1870, as shown on a Map recorded in Book <br />102, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange <br />County, California, lying southerly of the following <br />described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of <br />said Lot 14; thence along the east line of said Lot 14, <br />north 0° 55' 4~" east 882.98 feet to the true point of <br />beginnin~ of this description; thence at right angles <br />north 89 04' 19" west 40.00 feet; thence south 73° 28' <br />12" west to the westerly line of said northeast quarter <br />of Lot 14. <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom that portion previously dedicated <br />for street purposes. <br /> <br />Reserving all vehicular access rights to and from Cambridge <br />Street to and from the lands lying westerly of Parcel 1 <br />above described, excepting therefrom the northerly 18.00 <br />feet of the southerly 118.00 feet. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the following described property <br />be declared a portion of Concord Street: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2 <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over that portion of the <br />northeast quarter of Lot 14 in Block D of the A. B. Chapman <br />Tract as surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur in 1870, as shown on <br />a Map recorded in Book 102, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br />records of Orange County, California, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south <br />line of the northeast quarter of said Lot 14, distant 396.69 <br />feet westerly from the east line of said lot 14, said point <br />being the intersection of the east line of Concord Street <br />with the north boundary of Tract Number 4890, as shown on <br />a Map thereof recorded in Book 200, pages 42 and 43 of <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; <br /> <br /> <br />
