RESOLUTION 67-29 MODIFYING CONDITION NO. 2(b) <br />IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN THE <br />GRANTING OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLI- <br />CATION C.U.P. 66-15, FILED BY THE SALVATION ARMY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Commission <br />granted a Conditional Use Permit on Application C.Ui.P. 66-15, filed <br />by THE SALVATION ARMY, to permit the construction of a church and <br />youth center at 1708-1718 West Edinger Avenue, Santa Aha, California, <br />with no bisecting streets; and Appeal Application No. 188 was duly <br />filed by the applicant appealing the imposition of Condition No. 2(b) <br />by the Planning Commission; and presenting the matter to the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, <br />determined that Condition No. 2(b) <br />hereinbelow set out. <br /> <br />after public hearing on notice, has <br />should be modified to read as <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the findings made and <br />the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission are approved, <br />except that Condition No. 2(b) of the Finding of Facts on said <br />Conditional Use Permit is amended to read as hereinbelow set out, <br />and said Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That a detailed plot plan showing all existing and proposed <br />land uses, buildings and structures to be submitted to and approved <br />by the Planning Commission; <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE <br />OF A BUILDING PERMIT: <br /> <br /> 2. That a continuing offer of dedication for street purposes <br />for a period of ten years, ending on December 7, 1976, be provided <br />for the following streets: <br /> <br />a. Pomona Street for a width of 30 feet, center line to <br /> property line; <br /> <br />Doreen Way for a width of 40 feet along the westerly <br />portion of Parcel 8 from Edinger Avenue south to <br />Stanford Street and to include a 25-foot property <br />line spandrel at the southeast corner of Edinger <br />Avenue and Doreen Way and a standard knuckle at <br />Doreen Way and Stanford Street (per Exhibit A). <br /> <br /> 3. That an easement be provided for Edinger Avenue for a <br />width of 50 feet, center line to property line, for street purposes <br />and vehicular access rights except at driveways. (Access can be <br />determined and approved prior to dedication.) <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Dedication shall be initiated by owner, through the <br />Department of Public Works, at least two weeks prior <br />to application for a building permit to avoid delay. <br /> <br /> 4. That the subdivider submit street improvement plans for <br />Edinger Avenue; <br /> <br /> 5. That all plans and surveys for the required improvements <br />be completed by the owner's engineer and submitted to the Department <br />of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />6. That all elevations be on 1958 Orange County Survey Datum. <br /> <br /> 7. That the subdivider submit an on-site drainage flow plan <br />and grading plan. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
