RESOLUTION 67-63 CONCERNING TRAFFIC ON <br />TENTH STREET BETWEEN BIRCH STREET AND <br />BROADWAY AND PROHIBITING PARKING IN SAID AREA <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the County garage and other parking facilities <br />discharge large numbers of vehicles into Tenth Street between <br />4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. each week day; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this traffic now experiences much delay in moving <br />into or across Broadway due to being restricted to a single <br />lane; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 33-foot pavement width does not permit an <br />additional lane for traffic without removal of parking; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Tenth Street between <br />Birch Street and Broadway shall be marked for two lanes of <br />eastbound traffic and one lane of westbound traffic, and that <br />parking be forbidden at all times at the north curb and between <br />4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. at the south curb. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SRNTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
