California; thence West, 379.30 feet to a point in the West line of the property described as Parcel 1 in the deed from J. S. Ellis to Sarah E. Ellis, recorded January 29, 1937 in Book 873, page 6 of Official Records of said County; thence South 0° 26' 50" West 330.00 feet along said West line to a point in the North line of that certain parcel of land des- cribed in deed recorded October 17, 1912 in Book 221, page 334 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 89° 05' 55" East, 134.77 feet along last mentioned North line to an angle point in said City boundary of the City of Santa Aha as annexed by the "Irvine's Subdivision Annex No. 1 - Revised" by Ordinance No. NS-696; thence South 88" 15' 18" East along said boundary of the City of Santa Ana 350 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "DYER AND GP~AND NORTHWEST ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that July 3, 1967, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear written protests against this annexation made by any person owning property within said territory. At any time prior to the final adjournment of the hearing on protests, any owner of property within the territory may file written protest against this annexation. The protest shall state the name of the owner of the property affected and the street address or other description of the property sufficient to identify it on the last equalized assessment roll, all as provided for in California Government Code Section 35312.
