RESOLUTION 67-75 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPT,RX, a California corporation,
<br />has executed a deed dated May 12, 1967, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana a perpetual easement and right of way for street and high-
<br />way purposes on the northwest side of Redhill Avenue from Warner
<br />Avenue to Dyer Road; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
<br />by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
<br />dated April 24, 1967, conveying real property for street purposes on
<br />the north side of Talbert Avenue, west of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
<br />by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation, general partner, has executed
<br />a deed dated April 24, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana ease-
<br />ments for street purposes for Segerstrom Avenue from Main Street to
<br />the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, TERESA MARTINEZ and SYLVIA F. MRNDEZ have executed a
<br />deed dated May 22, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease-
<br />ment for street purposes at the southwest corner of Raitt and Third
<br />Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WESLEY J. LANE has executed a deed dated May 16, 1967,
<br />conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side
<br />of Lincoln Avenue, south of Virginia Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, PATRICK PRIZIO and ISABELLE PRIZIO have executed a deed
<br />dated May 25, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
<br />on the west side of Eastwood Street, north of St. Gertrude Place; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LYLE C. BLYSTONE and OLIVE G. BLYSTONE, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated May 19, 1967, conveying to the City
<br />vehicular access rights on the southwest side of Washington Avenue,
<br />east of Fuller Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City,
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
<br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
<br />deeds.
