RESOLUTION 67-91 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO THE OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the west side of Grand Avenue, 500 feet north of St. Gertrude <br />Place, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present <br />owners have now requested access rights to Grand Avenue, which the City <br />has determined should be granted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the south side of Warner Avenue at Yale Street dedicated vehicular <br />access rights to the City and the present owners have now requested <br />access rights to Warner Avenue, which the City has determined should <br />be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular <br />access rights to Grand Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described~: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue over the Northerly <br />25.00 feet of the Southerly 45.60 feet and over the Northerly <br />25.00 feet of the Southerly 497.40 feet of that certain parcel <br />of land lying Westerly of the following described property: <br /> <br />That portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll in Decree of <br />Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, rendered in Case <br />No. 1192, and entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B" page 410 of <br />Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, in <br />the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 5247, as per map <br />recorded in Book 188, page 28, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the <br />office of the County Recorder of said county; thence North 0" 34' <br />45" East 1176.80 feet along the center line of Grand Avenue to <br />the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of the land <br />described as Parcel 2 in the deed to the City of Santa Ana, <br />recorded April 29, 1966 in Book 7916, Page 444, of Official <br />Records; thence North 89" 24' 09" West 50.00 feet along said <br />prolongation and Southerly line to a line parallel with and <br />Westerly 50.00 feet from said center line; thence South 0" 34' 45" <br />West 1176.80 feet along last said parallel line to the Northerly <br />line of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 5247; thence South 89" 19' 51" <br />East 50.00 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- <br />claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDEP~LYING FEE, <br />AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access <br />rights to Warner Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the Easterly <br />20.00 feet of the Westerly 121.76 feet of the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land <br />described in the deed recorded October 3, 1956 in Book 3664, <br />page 481, of Official Records, Records of Orange County, California; <br />thence South 88" 44' 15" West 365.00 feet to the true point of <br />beginning; thence South 88" 44' 15" West 389.23 feet; thence <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
