RESOLUTION 67-121 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS ALFRED TAKESHI OKAMOTO and BETTY TOYOKO OKAMOTO, have
<br />executed a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for sewer purposes on the southeast corner of Morse Drive
<br />and Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS TED A. ROBRAN and INA C. ROBRAN, have executed a deed
<br />dated November 8, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for sewer
<br />purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 258 feet south of Hazard
<br />Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHERE~S THOM-AS ~LKBRENNER and MARGkRET E. BL~LKBRENNER, have
<br />executed a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 392 feet
<br />south of Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WI{EREkS CHARLES S. WEILER and THELMA L. WEILER, have executed
<br />a deed dated November 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
<br />sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 459 feet south of
<br />Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS WILLIAM J. QUICK and PAULINE A. QUICK, have executed
<br />a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
<br />sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 526 feet south of
<br />Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LUIS VALDEZ and PHYLLIS VALDEZ, have executed a deed
<br />dated December 12, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
<br />sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 660 feet south of
<br />Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS JAMES W. TRUBEY and NELL GPJ~CE TRUBEY, have executed
<br />a deed dated November 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
<br />for sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 325 feet south
<br />of Hazard Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LEO V. MORSE and DOROTHY R. MORSE, have executed a
<br />deed dated December 21, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
<br />for sewer purposes on Morse Drive, south of Hazard; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GULF OIL CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania Corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated November 18, 1966, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for sewer purposes south of Hazard Avenue and east of
<br />LaVergn Way; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, W. O. LEWIS and ISADORk LEWIS, have executed a deed
<br />dated July 10, 1967, conveying to the City easements for street
<br />purposes on the southeast corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Wright
<br />Street, and all vehicular access rights to Santa Clara Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, VALERE A. TARDIF and HELEN M. TARDIF, have executed
<br />a deed dated July 11, 1967, conveying to the City easements for
<br />street purposes on the southwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and
<br />Concord Street, and all vehicular access rights to Santa Clara
<br />Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF OP~%NGE has executed a deed dated June 27,
<br />1967, conveying to the City a perpetual easement and right of way
<br />for water main purposes on the east side of Flower Street, south of
<br />Sixth Street; and
