RESOLUTION 67-129 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 67-54 FILED BY JAMES G. <br />AND EVERETT MARKUM, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Commission <br />DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 67-54 filed by JAMES <br />G. and EVERETT MARKUM, and Appeal Application No. 191 was duly <br />filed by said applicants presenting the matter to the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; that the decision <br />of the Planning Commission should be overruled; and that the said <br />Variance should be granted subject to applicable conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and does hereby grant a variance on Variance Application <br />No. 67-54 to permit the construction of a medical office building <br />at 612 West Edinger Avenue, Santa Aha, Cali~rnia, in an R-1 District; <br />said Variance is granted subject to the following applicable <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That development be according to the approved plot plan except <br /> for minor modifications approved by the Planning Department; <br /> <br />That a detailed landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department for approval, and that all landscaping be <br /> implemented according to the approved plan and be continuously <br /> maintained; <br /> <br />3. That all signs be according to P District regulations. <br /> <br /> THE FOLLOWING CONDITION IS TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO ISSUANCE <br />OF UTILITIES RELEASE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY AND HOUSING: <br /> <br />4. That the owner place full width sidewalk on Parton Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Cit~nta <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of AuguSt, 1967_.~ /$ <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
