PARCEL 15AA: A temporary easement to be used in conjunction with the <br /> demolition of existing improvements over the northerly <br /> 82 feet of the east 16 feet of Lot Eleven and the northerly <br /> 82 feet of the west 27 feet of Lot Twelve in Block "D" <br /> of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as shown <br /> on a map recorded in Book 31, Page 23, Miscellaneous <br /> Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br />Said temporary easement shall cease to exist and all rights <br />thereto will revert to the recorded owners as their <br />interest appears of record upon completion and acceptance, <br />by the City of San~ Ana, of said demolition of existing <br />improvements, but not later than August 1, 1968. <br /> <br />PARCEL 15B: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Southerly 40 feet <br />of the east 8 feet of Lot Ten and the southerly 40 feet <br />of the west 36 feet of Lot Eleven in Block "D" of Gold- <br />smith's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as shown on a <br />Map recorded in Book 31, Page 23, Miscellaneous Records <br />of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br />PARCEL 15C: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over those portions of the <br />west 44 feet of Lot Ten in Block "D" of Goldsmith's <br />Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as shown on a map <br />recorded in Book 31, Page 23, Miscellaneous Records of <br />Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: The Southerly 40 feet. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: A spandrel shaped parcel bounded southerly by <br /> the north line of Parcel 1, bounded westerly <br /> by the west line of said Lot Ten, and bounded <br /> northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave <br /> northeasterly having a radius of 25 feet and <br /> being tangent to the north line of Parcel 1 and <br /> the west line of Lot Ten. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Attorney is hereby ordered to bring an action <br />in the name of the City of Santa Ana to condemn said property necessary <br />to be taken and to do all things necessary to prosecute said action to <br />final determination; <br /> <br /> 2. That the public interest, necessity, and convenience <br />require, and it is hereby ordered, that said City take immediate <br />possession and use of the property herein ordered to be acquired upon <br />compliance with the requirements of law applicable thereto as rights <br />of way for public use; <br /> <br /> 3. That said public improvement is planned and located in a <br />manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public good <br />and the least private injury. <br /> <br /> 4. That the City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation, is <br />authorized and empowered to provide for the opening, extension, <br />widening, construction, and maintenance of public streets and highways <br />within the City; and <br /> <br /> 5. That said action in condemnation shall be taken in accord- <br />ance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the <br />Constitution of the State of California relating to eminent domain. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Ci~a~ta <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~th day o~A~g~, 1~7. <br /> <br />CLER/( OF THE COUNCIL <br /> --4-- <br /> <br /> <br />
