RESOLUTION 67-143 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO OWNERS OF RECORD WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Santa Clara Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present~ owners have now requested access rights to Grand Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted; and WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now requested access rights to McFadden Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted; and WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the south side of Edinger Avenue, west of Standard Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEA~ OF RECORD the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: Ail vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue over the northerly 26.00 feet of the southerly 131.48 feet of that portion of Block A of the Chapman Tract, surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur in 1870, as shown on a map recorded in Book 102, Page 15, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of Santa Clara Avenue with the center line of Grand Avenue, as said intersection is shown on a map filed in Book 83, Page 44, of Records of Survey, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South 89" 59' 38" East along said center line of Santa Clara Avenue 514.43 feet; thence South 0" 05' 03" East 40.00 feet to the south line of Santa Clara Avenue and to the point of beginning; thence North 89" 59' 38" West along the South line of Santa Clara Avenue 439.32 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 90~ 09' 12" an arc distance of 39.34 feet to a tangent line that is parallel with and 50.00 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Grand Avenue; thence South 0° 08' 50" East along said parallel line 273.41 feet; thence South 89° 49' 00" East 464.06 feet; thence North 0° 05' 03" West 299.91 feet to the point of beginning, and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: All vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue over the Westerly 25.00 feet of the Easterly 45.00 feet of Lot 3 in Tract No. 4475 as said Tract is shown on a map recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. -1-
