RESOLUTION 67-143 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of Santa Clara Avenue, <br />dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present~ owners <br />have now requested access rights to Grand Avenue, which the City has <br />determined should be granted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, dedicated <br />vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now <br />requested access rights to McFadden Avenue, which the City has <br />determined should be granted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the south side of Edinger Avenue, west of Standard Avenue, dedicated <br />vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now <br />requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, which the City has <br />determined should be granted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, <br />AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEA~ OF RECORD the following <br />described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California: <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue over the northerly <br />26.00 feet of the southerly 131.48 feet of that portion of Block A <br />of the Chapman Tract, surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur in 1870, as <br />shown on a map recorded in Book 102, Page 15, of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of <br />Santa Clara Avenue with the center line of Grand Avenue, as said <br />intersection is shown on a map filed in Book 83, Page 44, of <br />Records of Survey, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California; thence South 89" 59' 38" East along said <br />center line of Santa Clara Avenue 514.43 feet; thence South 0" 05' <br />03" East 40.00 feet to the south line of Santa Clara Avenue and to <br />the point of beginning; thence North 89" 59' 38" West along the <br />South line of Santa Clara Avenue 439.32 feet to the beginning of a <br />tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 <br />feet; thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a <br />central angle of 90~ 09' 12" an arc distance of 39.34 feet to a <br />tangent line that is parallel with and 50.00 feet easterly, measured <br />at right angles, from the center line of Grand Avenue; thence South <br />0° 08' 50" East along said parallel line 273.41 feet; thence South <br />89° 49' 00" East 464.06 feet; thence North 0° 05' 03" West 299.91 <br />feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- <br />claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS <br />THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the following described <br />real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California: <br /> <br /> All vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue over the Westerly <br /> 25.00 feet of the Easterly 45.00 feet of Lot 3 in Tract No. 4475 as <br /> said Tract is shown on a map recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
