RESOLUTION 67-164 AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 67-62 FILED BY FR3LNK R. <br />HILDITCH, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WI{EREAS, after public hearing on notice the Zoning Administrator <br />granted a variance on Variance Application No. 67-62, filed by FRANK <br />R. HILDITCH, to permit the construction of two apartment units in an <br />R-2 District in addition to two existing apartment units on property <br />at 1011 North Parton Street, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 196 was duly filed by FRANCES <br />V. FERRIS, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator to <br />grant said Variance and presenting the matter to the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements <br />of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code and that said <br />variance should be granted subject to the applicable conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Zoning <br />Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance Application <br />No. 67-62 to permit the construction of two apartment units in an <br />R-2 District in addition to two existing apartment units on the <br />property at 1011 North Parton Street, Santa Ana, California; said <br />Variance is granted subject to the following applicable conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the development be according to the revised plot plan except <br /> for minor modifications approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE <br />OF A BUILDING PERMIT: <br /> <br />2. That an easement be provided for alley for a width of 10 feet, <br /> center line to property line, for street purposes. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Dedication shall be initiated by owner through the Department <br />of Public Works at least two weeks prior to application for a <br />Building Permit to avoid delay. <br /> <br />3. That the owner submit street improvement plans for alley. <br /> <br />4. That all elevations be on 1958 Orange County Survey Datum. <br /> <br />That all plans and surveys for the required improvements be <br /> completed by the owner's engineer and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF <br />UTILITIES RELEASE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY AND HOUSING: <br /> <br />That the owner place full width alley improvements to include a <br /> four-foot wide alley gutter on the future center line of alley. <br /> <br />7.
