RESOLUTION 67-208 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
<br />dated November 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street
<br />purposes on Catalina Avenue, west of Tustin Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
<br />dated November 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for drainage
<br />purposes on the north side of Catalina Avenue, west of Tustin Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
<br />dated November 27, 1967, conveying to the City vehicular access rights
<br />to the north side of 17th Street, west of Tustin Avenue, and vehicular
<br />access rights to the west side of Tustin Avenue, north of 17th Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE L. TANEY and AUDREY M. TANEY, have executed a
<br />deed dated November 15, 1967, conveying to the City easements for
<br />alley purposes and vehicular access rights on the south side of First
<br />Street, west of Birch; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FRANK R. HILDITCH and JOSEPHINE E. HILDITCH, have
<br />executed a deed dated October 13, 1967, conveying to the City an
<br />easement for alley purposes north of 10th Street and east of Parton
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, EMPIRE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a california
<br />corporation, has executed a deed dated November 16, 1967, conveying
<br />to the City easements for street purposes on the south side of 17th
<br />Street and the west side of Baker Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEP, EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of thecity of Santa Ana
<br />at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of December, 1967_~_~ ~
