RESOLUTION 68-8 ACCEPTING A GUARDIAN DEED FROM <br />THE ESTATE OF DAISY S. L. DITTMAR FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $243.38 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ELEANOR C. CALDER, as Guardian of the Estate of <br />DAISY S. L. DITTMAit, an incompetent, has executed a deed dated <br />November 7,1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a spandrel <br />shaped parcel of land at the southwest corner of Edinger Avenue <br />and Cypress Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $243.38; said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 55289-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J.
