RESOLUTION 68-39 ACCEPTING A DEED FOR THE WIDENING <br />OF FIRST STP~EET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A <br />CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a California <br />banking corporation, as trustee, has executed a deed dated March 4, <br />1968, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement for street <br />purposes on the south side of First Street and the west side of <br />Broadway for which the City is paying a cash consideration of <br />$550.00; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />Number 55448-C (Revised) with Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J.
