RESOLUTION 68-59 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUIT- <br />CLAIM DMR~ TO PATRICK P. AND ISABELLE PRIZIO FOR <br />A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $200.00 AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION 68-52 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City of Santa Ana acquired an ease- <br />ment to be used for water main purposes on the east side of Oakmont <br />Street, north of Santa Clara Avenue, and it has now been determined <br />that said easement is no longer necessary for said purpose and <br />should be quitclaimed to the grantors, which said grantors have <br />agreed to purchase for a cash consideration of $200.00; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming to PATRICK P. PRIZIO and ISA_BELLE PRIZIO, husband and <br />wife, the following described real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California: <br /> <br />An easement for a potable water main over the Southerly <br />2.00 feet of the Northerly 3.00 feet of Lot "A" in Block B <br />of Tract No. 378, as shown on a map recorded in Book 16, <br />Page 4, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />California, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to Mr. Patrick P.
