RESOLUTION 68-78 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CkSH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FRED L. RIVERA and HELEN RIVERA, husband and wife, <br />have executed a deed dated May 9, 1968, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Aha an easement for street purposes on the Toland Street <br />extension, north of Kent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a California corporation, <br />has executed a deed dated May 7, 1968, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Aha an easement for water main purposes on the south side of <br />Warner Avenue, west of Redhill Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SACHIO ~URA and MASAKO ~URA, have executed <br />a deed dated May 9, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an <br />easement for street purposes on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, <br />south of McFadden Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds; that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated <br />agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance <br />on said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1968. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />ASST.
