RESOLUTION 68-82 ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />FROM MOBILE OIL CORPORATION INVOLVING PROPERTY <br />AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FIRST AND BRISTOL STREETS <br />FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MOBILE OIL CORPORATION has executed a deed quit- <br />claiming to the City of Santa Ana its interest as lessee in and <br />to an easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of <br />First and Bristol Streets; said deed being dated March 14, 1968; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantor; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
