RESOLUTION 68-87 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED TO WETZEL & ASSOCIATES TO RECONVEY FEE ERRONEOUSLY coNVEYED TO THE CITY AND RETAINING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES WHEREAS, by deed dated February 22, 1968, Wetzel & Associates, a partnership, conveyed to the City of Santa Ana a fee interest in and to certain real property; and WHEREAS, the intent of Wetzel & Associates, as well as the City of Santa Ana was that Wetzel & Associates would convey to the City of Santa Ana only an easement for street purposes in and to said real property; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that the effect of said erroneous deed be corrected; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Ana reconvey to Wetzel & Associates the fee title which it heretofore erroneously conveyed to the City, but reserving unto the City of Santa Ana the easement for street purposes which all parties originally intended the City to possess; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute deed recon- veying to Wetzel & Associates the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: Ail that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana, described as follows: That portion of the land allotted to Frederick W. Koll as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, a certified copy of which was recorded September 12, 1868 in Book "B", page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 2 as shown on Map filed in Book 7, page 46 of Parcel Maps, records of said County; thence along the Westerly line of said Parcel 2, South 1° 20' 57" West 210.00 feet to the true point of beginning, said point being the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly, Southeasterly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 23.56 feet; thence South 88° 39' 03" East 534.60 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South- westerly having a radius of 85.40 feet; thence Easterly, South- easterly, and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 134.15 feet to the beginning of a compound curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 255.00 feet; thence Southerly, Southwesterly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 400.55 feet; thence North 88° 39' 03" West 365.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly, Southwesterly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 23.56 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map, said point being South 1Q 20' 57" West along said Westerly line 580.51 feet from the Northwest corner of said Parcel 2; thence along said Westerly line North 1° 20' 57" East 90.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North- easterly having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly, South- easterly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 23.56 feet; thence South 88° 39' 03" East 365.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
