RESOLUTION 68-98 ACCEPTING A DEED FOR W-HICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CkSH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, STEVEN D. TURVILLE and MARY Ee TURVILLE, husband and <br />wife, have executed a deed dated June 4, 1968, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the southwest corner <br />of Seventeenth Street and English Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without a cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed; and Carl J.
