RESOLUTION 68-106 AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. 68-10 FILED BY <br />SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission granted a Conditional Use Permit on Application <br />No. 68-10, filed by SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, to permit the <br />construction of a single-family residential "Planned Development" <br />at 200 - 600 West MacArthur Boulevard, Santa Ana, California, in <br />the R-1 - PD District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 210 was filed by WYNNEWOOD <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION appealing the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and presenting the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City C6uncil, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Conditional Use meets the requirements of <br />Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that said <br />Conditional Use Permit should be granted subject to certain <br />conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and does hereby grant a Conditional Use Permit on <br />Application No. 68-10, filed by SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, to <br />permit the construction of a single-family residential "Planned <br />Development" at 200 - 600 West MacArthur Boulevard, Santa Aha, <br />California, in an R-1 - PD District; said Conditional Use Permit <br />is granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the development be according to the approved plot plans, <br /> floor plans, elevations, and street design, except for minor <br /> modifications to be approved by the Planning Department; <br /> <br />That a precise plan for the centrally located green belt be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Planning Director and Fire <br /> Chief; said plan to indicate location of proposed trees, <br /> other large plants and/or permanent landscape elements and <br /> methods of access for emergency vehicles; <br /> <br />That all provisions of the "Planned Development Suffix" sections <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance be complied with, except Section <br /> 9230.175(7) (b) pertaining to guest parking, and Section <br /> 9230.176(3) (c) (2) pertaining to lot frontage on common open <br /> space; <br /> <br />4. That all conditions set by Council for approval of Tentative <br /> Tract 6610 be complied with; and <br /> <br />5.
