For the purpose of tax segregation of this territory, the designation that applies is the "Santa Ana City - 1957-1958 Annexes". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Government Code Section 35318 the annexed territory will become a part of the City of Santa Ana from the date of filing by the Secretary of State. The Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana shall, without delay, transmit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of this Resolution. BE IT FD-RTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution 68-114 adopted on July 15, 1968, is hereby rescinded.
