RESOLUTION 68-118 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CALVIN G. ROHRS, has executed a deed dated July 12, <br />1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street <br />purposes on the north side of 17th Street, west of Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROHRS INVESTMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership, has <br />executed a deed dated May 17, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana <br />vehicular access rights on the north side of 17th Street and west side <br />of Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HARTFIELD-ZODYS, INC., a Delaware corporation, and <br />ROHRS INVESTMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership, have executed a deed <br />dated July 1, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement <br />for potable water main purposes north of 17th Street and west of <br />Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PACIFIC INVESTMENTS, a partnership, has executed a <br />deed dated July 30, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement <br />for street purposes on Grovemont and the west side of Grand Avenue, and <br />vehicular access rights to Glassell Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds; and Carl J.
