RESOLUTION 68-141 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
<br />QUITCLAIM DRR~S TO GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO.,
<br />ET AL., AND OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO CASH
<br />CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
<br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Grand Avenue, dedicated
<br />vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now
<br />requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, West of Grand Avenue,
<br />which the City has determined should be granted; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
<br />on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Main Street, dedicated
<br />vehicular access rights to the city, and the present owners have
<br />requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, which the City has
<br />determined should be granted;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
<br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
<br />quitclaiming to GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO., a corporation, and W. E.
<br />FISHER and ELEANOR S. FISHER, husband and wife, the following
<br />described real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
<br />State of California:
<br />
<br />Ail vehicular access rights over the Westerly 40.00 feet of the
<br />Easterly 239.00 feet to Edinger Avenue lying North of a line
<br />parallel and 52.00 feet Northerly, measured at right angles,
<br />with the South line of the following described property:
<br />
<br />That portion of the land allotted to Frederick W. Koll as
<br />described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho
<br />Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868
<br />in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of
<br />the 17th.Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
<br />California described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Avenue,
<br />104.00 feet wide, as described in Parcel 2 of the deed to the
<br />City of Santa Ana, recorded October 27, 1965 in Book 7717,
<br />Page 761 of Official Records, said point being North 89° 23' 05"
<br />West 736 feet from the point of intersection of said center line
<br />with the center line of Grand Avenue, 60.00 feet wide; thence
<br />North 0° 33' 35" East parallel with said center line of Grand
<br />Avenue, 274.19 feet to a point in the North line of the land
<br />described in Parcel 1 of the deed to T. R. Bolte Development,
<br />Inc. and others, recorded May 20, 1965 in Book 7527, Page 500
<br />of Official Records; thence North 89° 25' 19" West along said
<br />North line 443.43 feet to the Northwest corner of said land
<br />described in Parcel 1 of the deed to Bolte Development; thence
<br />South 0" 33' 33" West along the Westerly line thereof 273.91 feet
<br />to a point in said center line of Edinger Avenue; thence South
<br />89° 23' 05" East along said center line of Edinger Avenue 443.43
<br />feet to the point of beginning,

<br />and deliver the same to George S. Markel, 2100 Newport Avenue,
<br />costa Mesa, California.
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
<br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
<br />claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE,
<br />AS THEIR RESPECTIVE~TERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following
<br />described real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
<br />State of California:

<br />Ail vehicular access rights to Edinger Avenue from the Westerly
<br />40.00 feet of the Easterly 128.00 feet of the lands lying North
<br />of the South line of the following described property:
