RESOLUTION 68-156 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DENYING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 68-70 FILED BY JOSEPH SOLOMON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning Admini- <br />strator granted a variance on Variance Application 68-70 filed by <br />JOSEPH SOLOMON to permit the construction of a building in a non- <br />conforming automobile wrecking year on property located at 4526 <br />West Fifth Street, Santa Ana, California, in an A-1 District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Applications 212 and 213 were duly filed by <br />CECIL S. BLINN and OCCIDENTAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, <br />respectively, both of which said applications appealed the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval of said Variance Application 68-70 and <br />presented the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearings on notice, <br />has determined that the decision of the Zoning Administrator should <br />be overruled and that Appeal Applications 212 and 213 should be <br />granted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Appeal Applications <br />212 and 213, filed by CECIL S.
