RESOLUTION 68-161 FIXING CHARGES FOR~i~ ~ <br /> CONSTRUCTION WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANTg~.- ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are certain expenses involve i~-nn maintaining <br />water facilities and in producing and delivering water to the <br />consumer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Water Utility wishes to recover said expenses from <br />the consumer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, payment must be made to cover the cost of water from fire <br />hydrants for other than fire fighting or Fire Department training; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following water rates <br />shall be charged and collected as provided for in Section 7411 of <br />Ordinance No. NS-936. <br /> <br />Construction water rate at $0.30 per 100 <br />cubic feet; <br /> <br />Hydrant meter rental rate of $0.50 per day <br />shall be charged for each day or partial <br />day of use or possession of the meter. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall be effectual <br />as of the effective date of Ordinance No..
