RESOLUTION 68-171 AUTHOKIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the East side of Tustin Avenue, South of Catalina Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now requested vehicular access rights to Tustin Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted; and Wq4_EREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the East side of Tustin Avenue, North of Catalina Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now requested vehicular access rights to Tustin Avenue, which the City has determined should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: Ail vehicular access rights to Tustin Avenue over the Northerly 40.00 feet of the Southerly 321.58 feet of Lot 12 in Block B of the A. B. Chapman Tract, as surevyed by Frank Lecouvreur in 1870, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 102, Page 15, Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and deliver the same to the Clerk of The Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit- claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: Ail vehicular access rights across the Southerly 26.00 feet of that portion of the Easterly line of Tustin Avenue, to the lands lying Easterly of and adjoining the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of the South half of Lot 12 in Block B, of the A. B. Chapman Tract, as surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur in December, 1870, with a line parallel with and distant Easterly 52.00 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of Tustin Avenue, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 57, Page 45 of Records of Surveys in the office of the recorder of said County; thence along said parallel line South 0° 21' 47" East 174.88 feet, and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
