RESOLUTION 68-174 DECLARING INTENTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARY LINES OF <br />WARDS AS REQUIRED BY THE CHARTER OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE <br />OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Ana declares <br />that the city Council shall change Ward boundary lines each <br />two years prior to the General Municipal Election; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />hereby declares its intention to make changes in the boundary <br />lines of the Wards in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 2nd day <br />of December, 1968, in the Council Chanbers, City Hall, Third <br />and Main Streets, Santa Ana, california, is the time and place <br />when and where any person having any interest in, objection to, <br />or suggestion regarding the making of changes in Ward boundary <br />lines may appear before the city Council and be heard thereon. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is <br />directed to give notice of said hearing by publishing this <br />Resolution once a week for two weeks in the Register prior to <br />December 2nd, 1968. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November, <br /> <br />1968. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
