RESOLUTION 68-177 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NATHAN F. WALLACH, as Trustee under Trust Agreement <br />No. 801, has executed a deed dated April 1, 1968, conveying to the <br />City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the east side of <br />Grand Avenue, south of Santa Clara Avenue, and on the south side of <br />Santa Clara Avenue, east of Grand Avenue; also dedicating vehicular <br />access rights to Grand Avenue and to Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has executed a quit- <br />claim deed dated July 8, 1968, quitclaiming to the City of Santa <br />Ana easements for street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue, <br />south of Santa Clara Avenue, and on the south side of Santa Clara <br />Avenue, east of Grand Avenue; also dedicating vehicular access <br />rights to Grand Avenue and to Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, E. O. RODEFFER and PHYY~LIS M. RODEFFER, have <br />executed a deed dated October 23, 1968, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana pedestrian and vehicular access rights to Pullman Street <br />on the southeast side from Deere Avenue to Alton Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership, <br />by Waverly Homes, Inc., a California corporation, has executed two <br />deeds dated September 27, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana <br />vehicular access rights on the north side of Sunflower Avenue east <br />of the southerly extension of Flower Street and conveying vehicular <br />access rights on the north side of Sunflower Avenue east of the <br />southerly extension of Flower Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
