RESOLUTION 69-3 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOHN KROT and MARY CARMEN KROT, husband and wife,
<br />have executed a deed dated December 16, 1968, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for alley purposes on the west side
<br />of ROSS Street, south of Camile Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, H. E. INGLIS and CLIFFORD O. COLLINS have executed
<br />a deed dated December 12, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
<br />a parcel of real property on the south side of McFadden Avenue,
<br />west of Oak Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM JOHN LARDER and MURIEL V. LARDER, husband
<br />and wife, as joint tenants, have executed a deed dated November 20,
<br />1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street
<br />purposes on the north side of Pomona Street, west of Spruce Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. PLANCHON and MARTHA C. PLANCHON, husband
<br />and wife, as their community property, have executed a deed dated
<br />November 20, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
<br />for street purposes on the north side of Pomona Street, west of
<br />Spruce Street; and
<br />
<br /> W/~EREAS, CARL PLANCHON, EARL PLANCHON, RICHARD PLANCHON,
<br />VIRGINIA McNUTT, and NORMA WICKERSHEIM, each as to an undivided 1/7th
<br />interest, as their separate property, and MARTHA PLANCHON, as to an
<br />undivided 2/7th interest as her separate property, have executed a
<br />deed dated November 20, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Pomona Street,
<br />west of Spruce Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CAL ENTERPRISES, a partnership, has executed a deed
<br />dated December 11, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana certain
<br />real property and an easement for street purposes on the east side
<br />and on the west side of Main Street, north of Central Avenue South;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MISSION SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California
<br />corporation, has executed a deed dated December 10, 1968, conveying
<br />to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to the west side of
<br />Main Street, south of Seventeenth Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT R. YOST, a single man, has executed a deed
<br />dated November 21, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
<br />easement for street purposes on the east side of Euclid Street, south
<br />of Progresso Street, and an easement for street purposes on the south
<br />side of Progresso Street, west of LaBonita Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of Janu~ry,/~9.'~I
