RESOLUTION 69-5 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM JOSEPH A. <br />MUELLER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHEAST <br />BOULEVARD FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH <br />CONSIDERATION OF $31,500 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOSEPH A. MUELLER and BETTY L. MI/ELI=ER have <br />executed a deed dated December 30, 1968, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the south side of <br />Washington Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, for which the City is <br />paying a cash consideration of $31,500; said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 56051-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Aha accepts said deed; and Carl J.
