<br />Angeles County~ California, bounded Northerly by the North line
<br />of Sixth Street as shown in said Ross Addition to Santa Ana and
<br />bounded Southerly by a line parallel and 54.00 feet Northerly,
<br />measured at right angles, from the center line of Fourth Street
<br />as shown in said Ross Addition to Santa Ana.

<br />RESERVING an easement and right of way, 10.00 feet in width, the
<br />center line of which is 25.00 feet Westerly from the center line
<br />of said Garnsey Street, to construct, place, operate, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, and remove such aerial and underground

<br />Telephone Company may from time to time require, consisting of
<br />poles, anchors, wires, cables, conduits, manholes, markers, and

<br />Santa Ana, City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
<br />in Book 3, Pages 534 and 535, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
<br />County, California, bounded Northerly by the North line of Sixth
<br />Street as shown in said Ross Addition to Santa Ana and bounded
<br />Southerly by a line that is concentric or parallel and 54.00 feet
<br />Northerly and Westerly, measured at right angles, from the
<br />following described center line:

<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Fourth Street, 80.00 feet
<br />wide, distant 100.00 feet Westerly from the center line of Parton
<br />Street, 60.00 feet wide, as said streets are shown in said Ross
<br />Addition to Santa Ana, said point being the beginning of a tangent
<br />curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 800.00 feet; thence
<br />Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
<br />of 40° 53' 43" an arc distance of 570.01 feet to a tangent line;
<br />thence North 48° 45' 33" East along said tangent line a distance
<br />of 248.70 feet to the center line of Ross Street.
