RESOLUTION 69-15 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH T~E <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA and DONALD KEITHCUMBERWORTH and SHIRLEY F. CUMBERWORTH, <br />husband and wife, have executed a deed dated December 4, 1968, <br />conveying to the City of Santa Ana a permanent easement for sani- <br />tary sewer main purposes southeast of Park Lane and Jonquil Road, <br />for which the City is paying a cash consideration of 9350.00; also <br />granting a temporaz~ construction easement at said location (until <br />September 30, 1969); said transaction is to be handled through <br />Escrow No. 55995-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa <br />Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J.
