RESOLUTION 69-16 ACCEPTING k DEED FROM THE <br />ESTATE OF GRACE GOINGS FOR CIVIC CENTER <br />PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A <br />CASH CONSIDERATION OF $11,250.00 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOHN JOSEPH ANTHONY KIRBY, III, as Executor of the <br />Estate of Grace Goings, Deceased, has executed a deed dated December 30, <br />1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on <br />the north side of Third Street, west of Parton Street, for which the <br />City is paying a cash consideration of $11,250.00; said transaction to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 55826-C with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J.
