RESOLUTION 69-19 ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION <br />OF CENTRAL AVENUE BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND CYPRESS <br />AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Department of Public Works <br />and the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, Resolution <br />69-1 was adopted giving notice of intention to vacate that certain <br />portion of Central Avenue lying between Main Street and Cypress <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 3, 1969, a public hearing was duly held <br />on said street vacation on posted notice~ and the publication of <br />said Resolution 69-1; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby finds that that certain portion of Central <br />Avenue lying between Main Street and Cypress Avenue in the City of <br />Santa Ana, ~iCounty of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of the North 10.00 feet of Central Avenue (80.00 <br />feet wide), as shown on a map of "South Santa Ana", recorded <br />in Book 5, Page 43, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, <br />California, bounded on the East by the Southerly prolongation of <br />the East line of Lot 9, Block E, of said map of "South Santa Ana" <br />and bounded on the West by the Southerly prolongation of the West <br />line of Lot 11, Block E, of said map of "South Santa Ana" <br /> <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and does <br />hereby make its order abandoning and vacating the same for street <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTE S T: <br /> <br />~ CLERK OF THE C~0NCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MAXINE VALLERY, do hereby certify that I am the ~ <br />Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing <br />Resolution was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 3rd day of February, 1969, and was at said meeting passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Herrin~ Brooks, Carlson, Griset, Markel, <br /> Thurman, McMichael <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />CLERK OF .,.~E/~UNC IL <br /> <br /> <br />
