RESOLUTION 69-24 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LICENSE <br />COVERING A PROPOSED PRIVATE ROADWAY ALONG THE ATCHISON, <br />TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY NORTH OF FAIRHAVEN AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY, a <br />Kansas corporation, has delivered to the City of Santa Aha a License <br />dated December 10, 1968, licensing the City to use certain property <br />located on the west side of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, <br />north of Fairhaven Avenue, s/nd shown on Exhibit A attached to said <br />License, as a site for a private roadway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said License is granted subject to the terms and <br />conditions set forth therein; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said License; that the Mayor and the 2~9~3~ Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized to execute said License and acknowledge <br />the same for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana; and Carl J. <br />Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his <br />Certificate of Acceptance on said License. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~~CLW.
