RESOLUTION 69-29 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM W. F. CRODDY <br />FOR PARK PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A <br />CASH CONSIDERATION OF $3,200 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE Mo CRODDY, husband and <br />wife, have executed a deed dated January 27, 1969, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Ana real property on the West of Fairveiw Street, <br />from Edinger Avenue to Harvard Street, for park purposes, for <br />which the City is paying a cash consideration of $3,200; said <br />transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 877285 with First <br />American Title Insurance, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J.
