RESOLUTION 69-30 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDER3kTION <br /> <br /> WtiEREAS, DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA and DAVID R. LIEVANOS and ELEANOR LIEVANOS, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated January 13, 1969, conveying <br />to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the <br />North side of Eighth Street, East of Raitt Street, for which the <br />City is paying a cash consideration of $900.00; said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 870509 hrb with First American <br />Title Insurance, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, McFADDEN HOMES, a limited partnership, has executed <br />a deed dated January 27, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana <br />a parcel of real property on the North side of McFadden Avenue, East <br />of Fairview Street, for library purposes, for which the City is <br />paying a cash consideration of $22,950; said transaction is to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 877236 hrb with First American Title <br />Insurance, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
