RESOLUTION 69-31 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE CITY
<br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> W~EREAS, DUNN~ INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES CORP. has executed a deed
<br />dated January 24, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease-
<br />ment for street purposes on the West side of Grand Avenue, North of
<br />Dyer Road; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, M R DEVELOPMENT CORPOP~ATION, a California corporation,
<br />has executed a deed dated January 27, 1969, conveying to the City
<br />of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes for Flower Street,
<br />north of Sunflower Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE OF SANTA ANA, a
<br />corporation, has executed a deed dated December 9, 1968, conveying
<br />to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes for Wright
<br />Street between Sixteenth and Seventeenth Streets; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation,
<br />has executed a Road Easement dated January 21, 1969, conveying to
<br />the City an easement for street purposes on the East side of Grand
<br />Avenue, North of Edinger Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
<br />by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
<br />dated January 31, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha easements
<br />for street purposes for Columbine Street, West of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> W~EREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
<br />by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
<br />dated December 11, 1968, conveying vehicular access rights to the
<br />West side of Main Street and the North side of Talbert Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RIDKATSO, LTD., a limited partnership, and ED RIDDLE
<br />REALTOR, INC., a corporation, being the general partner thereof, has
<br />executed a deed dated January 23, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa
<br />Ana easements for street purposes on the North side of Sunflower
<br />Avenue and the West side of Fairview Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, C. W. TODD and FRANCES W. TODD, husband and wife,
<br />have executed a deed dated February 10, 1969, conveying to the
<br />city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to West Orange Road, West
<br />of Fernwood Drive; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
<br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
<br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
<br />deeds.
