RESOLUTION 69-32 REMOVING YELLOW CURB MARKINGS ON <br />SYCAMORE STREET, BETWEEN SIXTH AND EIGHTH STREETS, <br />IN CENTRAL PARKING DISTRICT "A", AND REMOVING MID- <br />BLOCK CROSSWALK ON SYCAMORE STREET, BETWEEN SIXTH <br />AND EIGHTH STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there presently exist on Sycamore Street, between <br />Sixth and Eighth Streets, yellow curb markings on both sides of <br />Sycamore Street and a crosswalk across Sycamore Street between <br />Sixth and Eighth Streets; said curb markings and crosswalk having <br />been established pursuant to Council resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the need for said curb markings and crosswalk no <br />longer exists by reason of the removal of the jail and courthouse <br />from said location; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the yellow curb marking <br />on the west side of Sycamore Street from 122 feet to 203 feet south <br />of the center line of Eighth Street, and on the east side of Sycamore <br />Street from 175 feet to 250 feet south of the center line of Eighth <br />Street ahd the crosswalk, across SycamOre Street between Sixth and <br />Eighth Streets shall be removed pursuant to this Resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1969. <br /> <br />~LERK OF THE COUNCIL/- <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF OKANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MAXINE VALLERY, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was introduced to said Council at its meeting held on the 17th day <br />of February, 1969, and was at said meeting passed and adopted by the <br />following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: None <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Thurman <br /> <br />Herrin, Brooks, Carlson~ Griset, Markel, <br /> McMichael <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE.
